How It Came to Life
Hosts from the Vox Media Podcast Network including Kara Swisher, Scott Galloway, Esther Perel, Brené Brown, and Megan Rapinoe took center stage at SXSW 2024 to record live versions of their hit podcasts in front of hundreds of attendees. Sessions included must-watch events like:
Esther Perel sat down with Trever Noah to explore laughter’s role in navigating life’s complexities
Soccer Legend Megan Rapinoe spoke with the audience about using sports as the avenue to tap into her strengths and purpose in life

My Role
As the Brand Marketing Lead, I was responsible for bringing brand partners in to participate in Vox Media’s Official Podcast Stage.
In addition to developing marketing positioning and enablement materials for our Sales team, I also worked directly with partner brands to create custom sponsorship opportunities ranging from turn-key podcast sponsorships to fully-bespoke activations that brought their brand message to life at SXSW.
For partner brands looking to align with specific Vox Media podcasts being recorded live at SXSW, I worked alongside our Editorial teams to ideate special edition episodes for them to surround and be integrated into.
